Since I was a child, I have been creating. You can imagine that I have done all children’s crafts available. When I was 10, I attended a sewing camp. I began knitting at the age of 15. It was an essential part of my childhood.

As I entered my teenage years, I noticed a change in my crafting. I started experimenting and exploring my ideas and stopped following the crafts that my mom or other authority figures would suggest. I suppose I wanted to develop my own “craft dependence?”

Around the same time, my friends and I also started making crafts. Yes, you’re right. . . I met friends who shared my passion for making. They liked to experiment as well.

Only one problem (speed bump?) The only issue (speed bump?) We only sometimes had easy access to cute crafts that teens and tweens would enjoy.
